Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and NES Plumbing, Heating & Cooling (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website https://nesplumbing.com/ (the “Site”) as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Service Appointments and Cancellations
NES Plumbing, Heating & Cooling provides plumbing and HVAC services. Appointments scheduled through the Site or via phone are subject to technician availability. We strive to arrive within the scheduled window, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will communicate any schedule changes to you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Estimates provided through the Site or over the phone are non-binding and subject to change based on an on-site inspection by our technicians.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Michigan. NES Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Michigan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
